About

Beyond the headline.

CryptoDepth exists because most crypto news is surface-level. Headlines get written, prices get mentioned, and readers move on without actually understanding what’s happening or why it matters.

We built something different.

Who we are

CryptoDepth was founded by two brothers β€” Ronaldo David Marquez and Reynaldo L. Marquez β€” who between them bring together over a decade of combined crypto media experience and active trading knowledge.

Reynaldo spent more than five years as Managing Editor at Bitcoinist and NewsBTC β€” two of the most widely read publications in the crypto space. He oversaw editorial operations, shaped content strategy, and built a deep understanding of what serious crypto readers actually want. He knows this industry from the inside out.

David dedicated over three years writing for Bitcoinist and NewsBTC covering policy and price analysis. He brings a genuine passion for markets and technical analysis to everything published here. As an active BTC futures trader, he doesn’t just write about the market. He trades it daily.

Together they built CryptoDepth around a simple idea β€” that crypto readers deserve more than recycled headlines. Independent, experienced, and with no corporate backing, this publication is built by people who have been in this space long enough to know exactly what’s missing from it.

What we cover

CryptoDepth covers two things, and we cover them well.

Policy and regulation β€” the legislation, court decisions, and regulatory moves that shape what crypto can and can’t do. When the CLARITY Act moves, when the SEC acts, when Congress asks questions β€” we explain what it actually means for the people who hold and trade digital assets. No legal jargon. Plain English.

Price analysis and expert roundups β€” the market is full of sharp analysts sharing real insights on X every day. We find the best takes, add context, and give you a clear picture of what experienced traders are watching and why. Not price predictions. Not hype. Analysis worth reading.

Our standards

We don’t write sponsored articles disguised as news. When something is sponsored, it is clearly labeled. Always.

We don’t hype projects. If a coin is down, we say so. If an analyst’s call was wrong, we note it. The goal is accuracy, not cheerleading.

We cite our sources. On-chain data, official statements, primary sources β€” we link to everything so you can verify for yourself.

We disclose affiliate relationships. Some links on this site earn us a commission if you sign up or trade. We only recommend platforms we have researched, and we always tell you when a link is affiliated.

Advertising and partnerships

CryptoDepth accepts sponsored content and advertising from crypto projects, exchanges, and services. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled and never influences our independent editorial coverage.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. Crypto markets are volatile. Always do your own research before making any financial decision.
